Yes, definitely. Feel free to send us a message if you want to make a reservation for a Con where we are located. You then pay at the Con itself and that saves shipping costs. Or order via our webshop and click on the button: Pay on pickup: when you place an order and arrive at Payment method.

In a way, yes. If the product arrives damaged by anything and you can show it, we will definitely give you a refund or find a solution. But of course we try to prevent this as much as possible.
